Meet Madeleine. This is her story…
Madeleine is an incoming Grade V student. Her mother is a substitute high school teacher while her father has no permanent job. By helping each other, they are able to meet their basic needs. Only, their children’s education is compromised as they cannot afford to send their children to good schools.
Madeleine was an honor student and a school representative to competitions in and out of her previous school. She comes from a poor family but this doesn’t hinder her from dreaming to be a teacher and have a good future.
